How long will it take to receive a shipment?

Finding and shipping brands to internationally takes time. Expect it to take 2 - 5 weeks from the final day of the sale for us to get you your purchase. We will do everything possible to get it to you faster but we appreciate your patience and will keep you posted on the progress of your purchase as it makes its way to you.

Does the hipster ship overseas?

At the moment, we ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa and Canada.

How can I track my order?

the hipster will provide a tracking number as soon as your product leaves the domestic distribution center. Please visit your Hipster Account to see the status of your order before it has shipped. For your security reasons, only a sales record of your transaction is kept on the hipster; your credit card details are not held on the site.

Is my package insured?

the hipster does not currently insure our products. If you have questions please contact us at help@thehipster.com.au.

What are the hipster shipping rates?

the hipster charges a flat fee for each order. The fee will depend on which country the order is being shipped to.

How can I modify my order?

You have until four hours before the end of a sale to modify your order. Please contact us if you would like to modify your order.

Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?

Unfortunately multiple orders cannot be combined. the hipster will attempt to combine orders at our distribution facility to the best of our ability. If we are able to combine orders into one shipment we will credit back your Hipster Account for the saved shipping expense.
